Technical Overview: This patent addresses the issues of low efficiency and high costs associated with manual deburring following CNC machining by proposing a high-pressure water deburring and cleaning device. By incorporating a high-pressure water system and a nozzle that moves in tandem with the spindle, the device utilises the impact force of high-pressure water to automatically remove burrs and contaminants.
